Shipping

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
  • Black Widow makes every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible.
  • FOB Black Widow warehouse, Cerritos, California
  • All shipments are made via UPS surface unless an alternative is requested at time of the order. Other shipping methods are available - check the appropriate box on the order form. Shipments are FOB Cerritos, California. We can ship to APO or FPO addresses. PO boxes are not included due to UPS regulations.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
    Black Widow makes every effort in accommodating our international customers. You can make shipping arrangements at time of order. Not all products may be able to ship to all nations and we abide by all national and international restrictions regarding importing and exporting of goods.

    FREIGHT OPTIONS:
  • UPS Ground: 1-7 day delivery, Continental U.S.
  • UPS 3 Day Select: "Orange Label", three day delivery, Continental U.S.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: "Blue Label", second day delivery, Continental U.S.
  • UPS Next Day Air: "Red Label", next day delivery, Continental U.S.
  • Truck Line: Recommended for large and/or heavy orders.
  • Federal Express, DHL and Emery Worldwide: Available upon request.

    Returns

    RMA POLICY:
    Every item that Black Widow carries is backed by our commitment to excellence. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Black Widow will replace, credit or refund (except shipping charges) any items in question within seven days of receipt of goods.

  • In the event there is a shortage or incorrect shipment with your order, you can e-mail us at cs@blackwidowsecurity.com or call our Customer Service Department at (800)421-3533 within 7 days to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
  • Claims for loss or damage in shipment must be made to the carrier.

    MERCHANDISE RETURNS:
    All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a pre-issued Returned Authorization Number (R/A Number). To obtain your R/A Number, you MUST e-mail us at cs@blackwidowsecurity.com or call our Customer Service Department at (800)421-3533 with a list of EACH ITEM you are returning, and the original invoice number.

  • Your R/A Number must be clearly marked on the outside carton of the returned merchandise.
  • Merchandise must be received in our warehouse within 30 days of issue or your shipment will be refused.
  • Merchandise returned for any reason other than defects or Black Widow shipping errors may be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
  • Freight collect or COD returns cannot be accepted.
  • Disposition of the return will be determined by Black Widow and Black Widow is not under any obligation to credit, refund or exchange items solely by reason of issuing a Return Authorization.
  • Debit memos issued by customers for returned merchandise, deducted from payments of invoices, will be disallowed.
  • Merchandise received by Black Widow, which is damaged due to inadequate packaging by customer or customer abuse or which in Black Widow opinion appears old will not be credited or exchanged.

    REFUSED SHIPMENTS:
    Unless otherwise determined by Black Widow, shipments refused by the customer will be considered to be the customers error and will be noted on customers account record.

  • After a second refusal any terms previously offered to the customer by Black Widow could revert to prepaid status at Black Widow discretion, for an undetermined period of time.
  • Refused shipments returned to stock and not reshipped, will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Freight charges will also be billed back to the customers account.
